In celebration of my eldest daughter's amazing report card we visited Family Corner located on 21-02 31st street, Astoria NY 11102. We enjoyed some of our favorite pancakes in the neighborhood. The girls ordered chocolate chip pancakes (3 pieces) and I ordered the sweet potato pancakes which are the best in Astoria and are served all day. We also ordered mozzarella sticks as starters and two fresh squeezed orange juices, a side of 2 sunny side up eggs which came with potatoes and toast. The bill come out to less than $33, which is pretty decent for any Astoria restaurant. The staff is so welcoming specially with the girls, they even changed what they were watching to the cartoon channel. I thought that was a nice touch:) The place is pretty small and on weekends is nearly impossible to get a seat without a wait so we were pretty stoked when we walked in and sat right away. Overall the girls were happy to enjoy pancakes outside the house and of course, Family time is always a good time. Happy Hump Day guys!
Leanne is wearing the most adorable dress gifted by my favorite lady and whom I consider a very special person in my life, Sassi. I absolutely love how it's girly and very comfortable. I paired the dress with a Target denim jacket, tights and Zara booties. Zareena is wearing a locally made plaid shirt, her favorite True Religion Jeans (which I hate) and Ugg Australia loafers.
