Happy Monday Everyone! Even though.. there's nothing 'happy' about going back to work, right? So they say!
Part one of my husband's birthday surprise was taking him to Buvette, remember that? The second part was giving him the opportunity to see New York City like he's never seen it before. As a born and raised New Yorker it never crossed my mind hopping on a helicopter and riding around the city, because, I thought I had seen it all. But boy... was I wrong!

We arrived at Pier 6 Heliport on the East River, NYC with an open mind. 20 minutes after arriving we were in the sky! Did I mention this was a total surprise to him AND my husband is afraid of heights.. YIKES! Surprisingly, he was not frightened at all because it turned out to be a very smooth ride. We both kept looking at each other with the same question in our minds.. "How amazing is this?!". Our pilot was super cool and we got to interact with him on the headset microphone.
