I finally had the chance to try the popular app called PRIV. For those who aren't familiar, it's an app which brings beauty and wellness professionals (masseuses, hairstylists, personal trainers/yoga instructors) right to your door.. where ever you are.. at any given time! Sounds awesome right, well, that's cause it is.
I booked my appointment two hours in advance and wanted the gel manicure + dry pedicure. It was my first time trying both. My professional explained the difference between a dry pedicure and a regular one. No water is used in a dry pedicure (I know how crazy it sounds) but you get the same results & the gel manicure lasts longer than a regular manicure.
The app is pretty easy to use; simply download the app, choose a service and book your appointment. You receive notifications when your professional is on their way as well as when they're 5 minutes away. It took less than 30 minutes to get everything done and I enjoyed it at the comfort of my own home. This is such a genius app and so convenient! Just though I'd let you guys know:)
