Plaid and Studs

I'm pleased to say that this outfit was inspired by my honorary student, Zareena. After getting a sweet letter from the principal last week informing me about the astonishing grades and behavior of Zareena. They decided to nominate her as 'Student of the Month' and I couldn't be more proud. Today is thee official ceremony and she will be receiving her certificate/award. I promise you, I will be hanging that award up on my wall for sure! With that, I leave you with a trendy school girl #ootd.

I've always been a fan of wearing a variety of prints and textures. Plaid is one of those awesome and timeless prints that I love. Today I decided to mix plaid with studs and a hint of alligator skin with this clutch/wallet. A school girl look for the modern women (without making it look like a costume). I will also be posting pictures of the award ceremony on my Facebook, so make sure to follow me there. Click below to find out the brands and links to where to buy these and similar items.
