Happy Lunar Year to everyone who celebrates it! 2016 is the year of the Monkey ( inserts monkey emoji*). I don't know much about the Chinese traditions but certainly wanted to know more. Yesterday, I took my girls to Chinatown to experience not only the festival, music and food... but the overall Chinese culture. You can probably tell how much fun we Leanne and Zareena had from these images. Yet, what makes me even more happy is the fact that they are learning about different cultures. Enjoy the images.

Feliz Año lunar a todos los que lo celebran! 2016 es el año del mono (en el calendarion chino*). No sé mucho acerca de las tradiciones chinas, pero sin duda quería saber más. Ayer, tomé a mis hijas y las lleve a chinatown para ver no sólo la fiesta, la música y la comida ... pero la cultura china en general. Pueden ver lo mucho que disfrutaron Leanne y Zareena en estas imágenes. Sin embargo, lo que me hace aún más feliz es el hecho de que están aprendiendo sobre culturas diferentes.
