Bell bottoms and off the shoulder anything!! have always been my favorite. Today I'm sharing these awesome flare pants I found at Express last week. I initially wanted to get them in white but, they didn't have them in my size (sad face). Although, I do think I would wear these more often then the white. I love how high waisted they are! They would look so good in Spring with a cropped top and blazer.
